MHT – Manchester-Boston Airport Parking

Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) is one of the larger airports in New England.  It is an alternative to Boston Logan, New England’s busiest airport.  It serves between 3 and 4 million passengers each year – a high number for a regional airport.  Along with T.F. Green Airport in Rhode Island, MHT is being developed as an alternative to Boston Logan by the governments of New Hampshire, where the airport is located, and Massachusetts.  MHT first opened in 1927 and received a major terminal upgrade in the 1960s.  In the 1990s, the airport started to expand as more airlines began offering flights.

Passengers from Boston can reach MHT on a special airport shuttle that leaves regularly from Boston’s Sullivan Square station.    Delta and US Airways fly to Manchester, as does Southwest Airlines.  Regional affiliate airlines associated with United and Air Canada also serve the airport.  The airport has a single terminal and sees about 100 flights per day, on average.
