CMH – Columbus Airport Parking
Port Columbus International Airport is known under the FAA code CMH. It used to be a hub for SkyBus, but with the airline’s closure, CMH is not a hub or focus for any major airline. It is a small, but busy airport serving round 8 million passengers annually. The airport consists of 1 terminal and 2 runways.
CMH is accessible by car via Interstate 670 and Interstate 270. Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) routes 92 and 52 serve the airport from Columbus and Ohio State University respectively.
The airport opened in the summer of 1929. A renovation was completed in 1979 and increased the facility’s flight capacity. This modernization has helped the airport cope with rising demand.
The airport serves many major hubs including Newark, JFK, O’Hare and Atlanta.
